To ensure the well-being and safety of all dogs and their owners and a positive class environment, please read and confirm you have understood and agreed to the terms and conditions below:
1. When appointment dates and times are offered, they are only held for 48 hours. If there is no communication within the 48 hours, these dates and
times will be offered to other clientele.
2. Four Paws and Training Academy does not accept responsibility or liability for any loss, personal injury, theft, or injury to animals caused during the
provision of training classes. We recommend that all dogs be insured.
3. Full payment or a Payment Plan (For all the sessions organised and needed) is required upon booking your first training session.
4. For One-to-One, Group Classes and Skills for Life Club sessions, please pay via BACS or through the website link.
5. Four Paws and Training Academy must be informed as soon as possible if the dog has an infectious or contagious disease, in which case, it must not
be brought to class.
6. The information handed out in class, on the website and in one-to-one sessions is intended to be informative and interesting, but is for general
information only. We believe the contents to be true and accurate at the time of the class, but we can give no assurances or warranty in relation to
specific situations and particular circumstances. As such, the contents should not be relied upon, and professional advice should be sought if relevant.
7. Four Paws and Training Academy will seek to ensure that the information published on its website is up to date and accurate. However, the
Information on the website does not constitute legal or professional advice. Four Paws and Training Academy cannot accept any liability for actions

8. Information, eBooks, and videos are only for clients who have paid and attended our training sessions. They are not to be shared with anyone else.
Refunds
9. If a client has started a course and changed their mind, monies will not be refunded.
10. If there were circumstances of a dog becoming ill or having an injury (Veterinary evidence), there will be an option to move classes to a future date.
11. Please note - Consultation and prep time for each session will not be refunded. (One and a half hour planning time per session)
Skills for Life Dog Club
12. Membership to the Skills for Life Club will be taken out monthly from when you joined the club via the Four Paws and Trails.co.uk website. A website
address will be given for you to enrol.
13. Skills for Life Dog Club Membership is available over 50 weeks of the year.
14. If you wish to cancel your Skills for Life Dog Club membership, we would be grateful if you let Four Paws and Training Academy know before the 30th
of the month.
15. When you are part of the Skills for Life Dog Club, any missed sessions by the client won’t be refunded or carried on.
16. Any missed sessions by Four Paws Training Academy will be refunded at the weekly rate, per session.
Group Classes
17. To cancel a group, a week's notice before the starting date is required. Cancellation under a week before the start date will incur full payment, unless
the place can be filled.
18. Refunds for non-attendance in group sessions will not be given.
19. All dogs must be fully vaccinated (Or titre test paperwork) and wormed at regular intervals (Wormed chemically or naturally). Proof of vaccination will
be required for all new dogs and puppies.
20. No bitches in season will be allowed to attend group classes. Alternatively, an online option will be suggested.
23. If your dog proves unable to cope in a class environment, you will be transferred to an online course.
24. Dogs must be kept on a lead (Not flexi) at all times unless told otherwise.
25. Children are welcome to attend and sit away from the training area. All children must be supervised at all times and stay away from the dogs.
One-to-One Sessions
26. Please give more than 24 hours’ notice of cancelling a one-to-one session; a replacement date will be given as soon as possible. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session will not be refunded or replaced. Consessions can be made for illness or injury.
27. It is the handler's responsibility to clear up and dispose of any fouling, both outside and inside the training venue.
Weather Groups or One to Ones
28. If an in-person session cannot safely go ahead due to extreme heat, severe weather or other unsuitable conditions, the session may be moved online
via Zoom. A Zoom link and simple joining instructions will be sent before the session. Zoom can be accessed using a computer, tablet or compatible
smartphone. If you do not have access to a suitable device, internet connection, or feel unable to use Zoom, please let us know as soon as possible.
Where reasonably possible, we will discuss an appropriate alternative with you. Please be aware that weather-related changes are made with the
safety and welfare of dogs and caregivers as the priority and may sometimes need to be made at short notice.
